Yes, our products are organic. They are even certified by COSMOS for being organic. We have the ability to source and incorporate organic ingredients into our formulations with the rare exception of certain plants that are very difficult to find in organic crops.

All our products are suitable for all skin types which include dry, normal, oily, combination, sensitive, and acne prone. Our products are chemical and toxin free making it gentle for your skin. Our long R&D and expert formulations make it suitable for for all skin types.

Our standard shipping time for orders is between 3-5 business days. However, delivery times can vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping times might be extended. You can always track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order History" section.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products is not open and has i's packaging. To initiate a return, simply write us an email at info@thestrome.com with your order number, and images of the product you have to ensure it is not tampered with.

All orders are trackable. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order with a shipment tracking number.
